Hello! I'm the Pastor of NTC Apostolic church in Newark, Ohio. My name is Bishop Rick L.Sparrow. I was baptized in 1978 in this church that I now pastor. I was made a Deacon in 1994, ordained and became an Elder in 1998. In July 2006, I lost my Pastor and Dad, Bishop Dale W. Neeley and began my work as Pastor of NTC Apostolic. I was made a Bishop in Apostolic Churches of the Lord Jesus Christ Inc. in 2008 and was sat in as the Presiding Bishop of that organization in 2010 after the death of Bishop Carl Angle, the founder of the organization and a GREAT man of GOD. I am also the Presiding Bishop of A.G.A.P.E. Inc., U.M.A. Inc., The Apostolic Gospel Missions Inc.and NTCAF Inc. The blessings run deep and GOD IS GREAT!
